How we spend our leisure time greatly influences the quality of life we live, and the mindset we hold.
Aikido, meaning "The Way of Harmonious Spirit", led Davis to discovering practical wisdom for all levels of work and life.

As well as live demonstrations of how this martial art requires cooperation and flow of movement, we learned how Davis applied Aikido's principles to everyday life and the work.
